Last month, members of the Rotary Club of Mudgee volunteered their time to raise money to help earthquake victim in Nepal. This has been a successful campaign with $6285 donation received from the generous community of Mudgee and surrounding areas.
A huge thanks to the president of the rotary club of Mudgee, Jan O’Brien for spearheading and organising the initiative.
There were also significant donations made by individuals and were matched by Mudgee Rotarians in per dollar basis.
A total of 10 shelterboxes were sent to Nepal.
