This month, the following organisations/individual are the recipients of grants/assistance from the Rotary club of Mudgee:
- Mudgee High School with purchases of headphones for local students when performing musical presentations. This assistance is matched by Sunrise and Kandos Rotary club.
- Bernados received all profits from the August movie ticket sales
- The September movie profits will be given to the Polio Campaign
- “Riding to Cure Cancer” will also receive assistance from the club
- Mudgee Rotary will also raise fund on the Gala Day (Mudgee Soccer) on the 31st August to help a local community member, “Henry Fisher”, who broke his neck during a Rugby League game.
The club is organising storage and collection of Club Memorabilia. Sue Pearce has approved the use of their shipping container for storage subject to conditions.
