Although originally founded by an Anglican diocese and continuously being funded by donation from Anglicare and other sources, the Samaritan foundation is a secular organisation that provides care to vulnerable people in our community.
Melissa is the community service manager for our area. The core value of the organisation is compassion, integrity and justice. In Mudgee, the group managed about 54 children in foster care in mudgee and provides support for carers.
