The raffle for “A Weekend for Two” at Mala Retreat in the Hunter Valley was drawn at Mudgee Library this week.
The raffle was run by Rotary member, Elly Rands, in aid of Rotary District 9670’s Project, Integra Service Dogs Australia. Elly and her helper and Mudgee Rotary mascot, Bob the Dog, coordinated the raffle with the prize coming from our Club’s win in the District Rotary Foundation Raffle and members selling tickets in the local community.
The raffle was drawn at Mudgee Library by Rachel, in the presence of President, Des Dowdy, and was won by none other than ………….. Elly Rands!!!!
The raffle raised $710 which together with other funds raised by Elly makes a donation of $1010 to Integra for their work with Service Dogs.
