The district conference this year was held at Nelson Bay. Our club was represented by Sof and Bob S.
It was one of the best district conferences. There were sessions on Friday morning on Rotary Foundation and a social drink in the afternoon. Rotarians from clubs around the district gathered and networked.
Friday night dinner was a new setup with a panel of three speakers and an interviewer, followed by Q & A.
All the speakers were excellent on the Saturday and Sunday sessions, speaking on various topics, such as peace, health and so forth.
On this occasion, our club received best website design award.
