The 85th Changeover Dinner of the Rotary Club of Mudgee was held at D’Lusso’s on 30th June 2022 . Well attended by Club members and Mudgee Sunrise guests, there were also several prospective members participating.
Out-going President Peter Windeyer had a firm desire to minimise speeches, which gave more time for the social aspects of the Dinner. Peter gave a brief outline of the Clubs achievements over the year, and District Governor Amanda Roach did likewise from a District perspective.
Outgoing President, Peter Windeyer, inducted incoming President, Rhys Kable with the Presidential Collar and Rhys presented the 2022/2023 Board.
Garry Connelly, as MC did a great job of keeping the evening running smoothly.
Des Dowdy was presented with a Paul Harris Sapphire award for his long term service to District 9670 as Insurance Officer.
The 2022-23 year is off to a great start.
